make sure it is shot at more than 300 dpi.
Then give it to a print shop that wd make a poster out of it.

Take the highest res/dpi photo you have and go to any reputable print shop of photo lab. Most if not all now have the capability to print poster size. Even Wal-Mart offers poster size printing.
